■コンセプト

■あらすじ
セラは魔女の一族の末裔であり、その体は不老不死だった。
その実、いつも身につけている緑の結晶の首飾りが彼女を不老不死にしているものだった。
 
当時、魔女達の力を恐れた政府は所謂”魔女狩り”を行い、それに対し魔女達は、 戦闘の意思がないことを示すため、20歳になった魔女に通例で行なっていた不老不死魔法契約の条件に、 【他者を攻撃しないこと】 の一文を追記したのだった。
 
これにより、民間での魔女狩りは徐々になくなり、政府も魔女達を見逃す流れとなった。
政府は魔女の存在を歴史から抹消したが、水面下でNHC（政府の秘密研究機関）が 魔女の契約について調査を行なっており、その契約書が首飾りであることを特定した。
 
NHCは首飾りを調査するため、セラの元へ訪れる。

■ Concept

■ Synopsis
Sarah is a descendant of a lineage of witches, and her body is immortal.
 
It appears that the green crystal necklace she always wears is what grants her immortality.
 
Long ago, fearing the power of witches, the government carried out what was known as a “witch hunt.” In response, the witches sought to demonstrate their lack of hostile intent by adding a new clause—“not to attack others”—to the conditions of the immortality magic contract that was traditionally performed when a witch turned twenty.
 
As a result, civilian witch hunts gradually faded away, and the government likewise began to overlook the witches.
 
Although the government erased the existence of witches from history, the NHC (a secret government research organization) continued to investigate witch contracts behind the scenes and eventually identified the necklace as the contract itself.
 
In order to examine the necklace, the NHC visits Sarah.
